DELUXE SUITE: Deluxe Room 4464

The suite floor space is 65.5 sq.m.
Lay-out: drawing-room, bedroom, bathroom, toilet.
Room windows look onto Teatralnyi and Tretiyakovsky drives and Lubyanka.

The walls are covered with golden silk. A special display in the drawing-room is given to a massive dark sideboard decorated with carving and  pilasters. Its glass doors are lavishly decorated with wooden sash, rosettes, brackets in the form of gamboling dolphins. The sideboard gives the feeling of stability and  safety. Its solid and solemn appearance contrasts with bright colour sports of the two  blue vases with pictures depicting two gallant scenes with ladies and cavalries in medallions (made by the famous Sévres factory in the 19th century). Well matched with them is the desk lamp with magnificent gilded baroque adornments in the form of a blue vase with painted flowers.
The Suite may be considered to be a museum of sea-scape painters: in two rooms there are three sea-scapes. One of them, "Yachts in High Sea" by  H. Enfield (the first half of the 20th century), decorates the drawing-room there. In the centre of the drawing-room  is a  table for 6 persons.
In the bedroom, besides a bed, bedside tables and a wardrobe there is  a desk with a desk lamp on it. The lamp base is held by a bronze woman in  old Greek clothes. There is also a very beautiful set of easy-chairs.

Among renowned guests who stayed in this Room was actor Harrison Ford and quite recently Vladimir Klichko, the world champion in boxing, stayed here.
