This Hall is located on the first floor of the Hotel. At the entrance a registration point may be arranged. Lighting is artificial.

The Hall named after the famous art patron of the early 20^th century can be used for banquets, meetings; very often it is a place for holding press conferences. The Hall ceiling is stylized as a Russian izba (peasant's  cottage) and decorated with two original metal chandeliers of  Russian make dating back to the  early 20^th century. Not without reason, in the early 20^th century the Hall was called a "Russian private room". Two gilded candelabra look as the Hall's adornment. From the balcony a magnificent view of the "Metropol" Restaurant unfolds. In the recent 15 years a great number of press conferences of government delegations from many countries were held here, specifically from France, Canada, Japan; Pierre Cardin, Montserrat Cabalie, Ani Gerardeau and  other celebrities  spoke to journalists here.
